These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Nyxele, Nyxele’s Study, the Nyxele website, services, products, digital materials, educational offerings, and related content.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase products or services through Nyxele unless otherwise specifically permitted.
By placing an order or submitting information, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and submitted by you or with appropriate authorization.
NYXELE & NYXELE’S STUDY
The Nyxele brand includes two connected areas: Nyxele’s spiritual practice and shop, and Nyxele’s Study.
NYXELE
Nyxele provides private tarot readings and intuitive guidance, Reiki, energy-based services, ritual and spellwork services when available, and related spiritual support.
Nyxele also offers handcrafted self-care and botanical products, ritual products, spiritual tools, candles, oils, kits, digital products, and related offerings.
NYXELE’S STUDY
Nyxele’s Study provides educational materials, courses, classes, guides, downloads, workshops, resources, mentorship-related offerings, and other learning experiences.
Nyxele and Nyxele’s Study may each maintain additional policies specific to their products, services, fulfillment methods, safety requirements, scheduling procedures, or educational offerings.
When a specific policy applies to a product, service, or educational offering, that policy forms part of these Terms.
SPIRITUAL, INTUITIVE & ENERGY-BASED SERVICES
Tarot readings, intuitive guidance, Reiki, energy work, spiritual guidance, ritual and spellwork services, and similar offerings are provided for personal insight, spiritual support, reflection, relaxation, and educational purposes.
No spiritual, intuitive, ritual, spellwork, or energy-based service guarantees a particular outcome, prediction, result, reconciliation, financial gain, healing result, legal outcome, or future event.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, finances, healthcare, and personal circumstances.
Our services are not substitutes for licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional care.

SELF-CARE PRODUCTS
Self-care, herbal, botanical, topical, body, and other personal-use products offered through Nyxele are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless expressly stated and legally authorized.
Product descriptions and ingredient information are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients, directions, warnings, sensitivities, allergies, contraindications, and proper-use instructions before purchasing or using a product.
Discontinue use if irritation, discomfort, or another adverse reaction occurs.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or considering using a product on a child.

RITUAL PRODUCTS & SPIRITUAL TOOLS
Candles, oils, herbs, powders, salts, sprays, crystals, ritual tools, spiritual kits, and related items are intended for personal, spiritual, ritual, decorative, or educational use, as described with each individual product.
Spiritual products and tools do not guarantee specific manifestations, outcomes, relationships, financial results, protection, healing, or other results.
Fire, candle, incense, oil, botanical, crystal, and ritual products must be used responsibly and according to all provided instructions and warnings.
Never leave candles, incense, or other burning items unattended.
Keep products out of reach of children and pets. Keep burning products away from drafts, heat sources, and flammable materials, and use them only on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
EDUCATIONAL CONTENT & NYXELE’S STUDY
Courses, classes, guides, downloads, workshops, mentorship materials, and other educational resources offered through Nyxele’s Study are provided for educational and informational purposes.
Purchasing or participating in an educational offering does not create a professional license, certification, employment relationship, partnership, franchise, or authorization to represent Nyxele or Nyxele’s Study unless expressly stated in writing for that specific offering.
Unless otherwise stated, all educational materials are provided solely for the purchaser’s personal use.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.
Payment is required before an order, service, session, enrollment, or digital purchase is considered confirmed unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel an order
- Limit quantities
- Correct pricing or listing errors
- Request additional information necessary to process an order
- Cancel transactions suspected of fraud, misuse, unauthorized payment activity, or violation of these Terms
If we cancel a paid order that has not otherwise been fulfilled, any refund due will be handled according to the applicable payment method and policy.
FINAL SALES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Because many Nyxele offerings are personalized, handmade, digital, energetic, scheduled, or prepared specifically for the purchaser, refund and cancellation rules vary by offering.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, orders may not be canceled once submitted, and purchases are considered final.
Certain services may permit rescheduling under specific circumstances.
Products, services, appointments, digital materials, classes, and other offerings may be governed by additional refund, return, rescheduling, or cancellation terms.

SCHEDULING & APPOINTMENTS
Scheduled services are reserved specifically for the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and being available at the agreed-upon session time.
Late arrivals, missed appointments, insufficient notice, or repeated rescheduling may result in fees, shortened sessions, forfeiture, or the requirement to purchase a new service according to the applicable service policy.
Scheduling availability is not guaranteed.
Some appointment days or time periods may book farther in advance than others.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Physical products are shipped according to the shipping methods and processing timelines stated on the applicable product listing or website.
Estimated shipping or delivery dates are not guarantees.
Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delays may occur outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital items may include downloadable files, guides, worksheets, recordings, courses, written readings, or other electronically delivered content.
Because digital products may be accessed immediately after purchase, digital purchases are generally final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated.
Purchasing a digital item grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the material.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, share, upload, sublicense, or commercially exploit digital materials without written permission.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all content associated with Nyxele and Nyxele’s Study is owned by or licensed to Nyxele.
This includes, without limitation:

- Graphics
- Photographs

- Rituals

- Branding
- Artwork
- Original concepts and creative materials
Content may not be copied, reproduced, altered, republished, sold, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
PERSONAL USE
Unless otherwise expressly stated, products, services, readings, educational materials, downloads, and content are purchased for the individual purchaser’s personal use.
You may not purchase services or materials for unauthorized resale, redistribution, reproduction, commercial exploitation, or impersonation of Nyxele or Nyxele’s Study.
ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT

RESULTS & INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCES
Experiences with spiritual services, self-care products, ritual products, education, Reiki, intuitive guidance, or other offerings vary from person to person.
Testimonials, reviews, examples, client experiences, or descriptions of previous results do not guarantee that another person will receive the same or similar results.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, scheduling systems, shipping providers, social media platforms, email providers, or external websites.
Nyxele is not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, security, content, policies, errors, or actions of independent third-party platforms.
