Nyxele offers spiritual guidance, Reiki and other energy services, ritual work when available, handcrafted personal-use products, and ritual supplies. Descriptions of traditional uses, spiritual associations, or individual experiences are offered for context. They do not promise a particular result or replace professional care.

Product-specific labels and directions contain information important to safe use. Follow those instructions along with this general disclaimer. If a product’s purpose or directions are unclear, contact Nyxele before using it.

Spiritual services are intended for personal reflection and spiritual exploration. Insights are subjective and may be understood differently by different people. You decide whether and how to use any guidance you receive.

Tarot and intuitive readings explore themes, circumstances, and possibilities. They do not establish a fixed future, verify facts about another person, or guarantee that an event will occur. Use your own judgment when making decisions after a reading.

Reiki & Energy Services

Reiki, distance Reiki, chakra-focused sessions, and related energy services are offered as spiritual practices. People may report different experiences, including no noticeable physical sensation. These services are not medical or mental health treatment and should not delay or replace care from a qualified professional.

Ritual Services & Spellwork

Rituals and spellwork are spiritual practices shaped by intention, symbolism, and individual belief. Nyxele cannot promise that a ritual will change another person’s actions or produce a specific relationship, employment, financial, legal, emotional, or physical outcome.

No Guarantee of Results

Experiences with spiritual services and ritual products vary. Testimonials or descriptions of another person’s experience do not predict your own. Nyxele does not guarantee a particular reading, sensation, manifestation, or result.

Personal Responsibility

You remain responsible for your choices, actions, and decisions following a service or when using a ritual product. Seek appropriate professional help when a matter calls for it, and follow all physical safety instructions even when an item has a spiritual purpose.

Nyxele does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, or financial advice through its spiritual services or general product information. Do not stop medication, postpone treatment, or change a professional care plan because of a reading, Reiki session, ritual, product description, or testimonial. Direct health, mental health, legal, and financial questions to an appropriately qualified professional. For an emergency, seek emergency assistance.

Personal-use and botanical products are offered for their stated cosmetic, sensory, or ritual purposes. Unless a product is expressly and lawfully marketed for another purpose, it is not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease. Traditional descriptions do not change a product’s labeled intended use.

General Product Use

Use each item only as described on its product page and label. Read the full ingredient list, directions, warnings, and any applicable age or use restrictions before purchase and again before use. Keep packaging and instructions available for reference. Do not use a product if its label is missing or you cannot determine how it is intended to be used.

Botanical & Personal-Use Products

Salves, balms, oils, sprays, butters, bath products, and other personal-use products may contain herbs, botanical infusions, waxes, essential oils, fragrances, and other ingredients. Natural origin does not mean an ingredient is safe for everyone. Use these products only on the body areas identified by their directions, and do not apply them to broken or irritated skin unless the specific product instructions permit it.

Ingredients, Allergies & Sensitivities

Review ingredients before use, particularly if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to plants, fragrances, essential oils, beeswax, nuts, or other ingredients. Avoid a product if it contains a known or suspected trigger. Contact Nyxele before purchase if you need clarification about a listed ingredient. No product can be assumed free of every possible sensitivity or cross-contact risk.

Patch Testing

Before wider use of a new skin product, apply a small amount to a limited area as directed and watch for an unwanted reaction. Stop using the product if redness, itching, burning, swelling, or discomfort occurs. A patch test cannot rule out every later reaction.

Pregnancy, Nursing, Medication & Medical Conditions

If you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, or have a history of serious allergic reactions, ask a qualified healthcare professional whether an ingredient-bearing product is appropriate for you before use. Do not assume that an herb or essential oil is suitable for every circumstance because it is natural or traditionally used. Do not alter prescribed care based on Nyxele content.

External Use & Ingestion

Unless a specific item is clearly labeled and sold for ingestion, do not eat or drink Nyxele oils, herbs, salts, powders, or personal-use products. Products labeled for external use should not be applied to the eyes, mouth, mucous membranes, or other areas excluded by their instructions. Avoid inhaling loose powders. If accidental contact or ingestion occurs, seek appropriate medical or poison-control guidance.

Essential Oils & Fragrance

Essential oils and fragrance ingredients can irritate skin or airways. Do not apply a concentrated essential oil directly to skin unless the specific product is formulated and labeled for that use. Follow directions for dilution, ventilation, and amount. Stop use if a scent or product causes discomfort.

Sun Sensitivity

Some botanical ingredients, including certain citrus oils, can increase sensitivity to sunlight. Follow any sun-exposure warning on the individual product. If you are unsure whether an ingredient is suitable before sun or UV exposure, ask a qualified professional or avoid applying it to exposed skin.

Children

Keep products, small components, hot wax, and burning materials out of children’s reach. Do not use an adult-formulated product on a child unless it is specifically labeled for that use and you have determined it is appropriate. Nyxele’s purchase and booking age requirements are stated in its Terms & Conditions.

Pets

Keep oils, herbs, powders, fragrance products, candles, and small ritual items away from animals. Do not apply a human-use product to a pet or allow a pet to lick or ingest it. Use extra care with scent and smoke around animals, especially birds and other sensitive pets. If a pet may have ingested or reacted to a product, contact a veterinarian or animal poison resource promptly.

Candles

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it in a stable, heat-resistant holder on a level surface, away from drafts, children, pets, and anything that can burn. Keep at least 12 inches between a lit candle and flammable items. Follow the candle’s wick-trimming and burn-time directions. Extinguish it before leaving the room or sleeping. Do not move it while the wax is hot, and stop using it if the vessel is cracked or damaged.

Decorative Ritual Candles

Dried herbs, flowers, crystals, charms, and other decorations can create additional fire hazards. Treat a decorated candle as display-only unless its label expressly says it may be burned. Follow all product-specific directions, including any instruction to remove loose decorations before lighting. Extinguish the flame if decorations shift toward it, the flame behaves unusually, or the vessel overheats. Never add herbs, oils, powders, paper, or other materials to a burning candle.

Incense, Herbs & Smoke-Producing Products

Burn incense, loose herbs, resins, or charcoal only in a suitable heat-safe vessel on a stable surface with adequate ventilation. Never leave burning or smoldering material unattended or disable a smoke detector. Keep smoke and heat away from children, pets, fabrics, and other flammable items. People with asthma, respiratory sensitivities, or fragrance sensitivities should use particular caution and may need to avoid smoke-producing products.

Ritual & Anointing Oils

An oil described as anointing or ritual oil may be intended for an object or ceremonial use rather than skin. Apply it to the body only if that specific product is labeled for skin use, and follow its directions and patch-testing precautions. Keep oils away from flames and heat. Do not ingest them unless a particular product is expressly labeled and sold for that purpose.

Crystals & Stones

Crystals and stones may have sharp edges, breakable surfaces, or small pieces that present a choking hazard. Keep them away from children and pets. Do not place a stone in drinking water, food, bath products, or skin preparations unless its safety for that exact use has been independently confirmed. Some minerals can be damaged by water or release unwanted substances.

Bath & Body Products

Oils, salts, scrubs, and similar products can make floors, tubs, and showers slippery. Use care when entering and leaving wet areas, and clean up spills promptly. Follow product directions for the amount and body area of use; discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Storage

Follow each item’s storage instructions. Unless its label says otherwise, keep products closed in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat, direct sunlight, and open flames. Store all products where children and pets cannot reach them. Improper storage may affect appearance, stability, or safety.

Natural Product Variation

Handmade and botanical items may vary somewhat in color, scent, texture, shape, or the appearance of natural materials between batches. A normal variation does not excuse a damaged, contaminated, mislabeled, or unsafe item. For order concerns, see the Refund, Return, & Exchanges Policy.

Shelf Life & Product Changes

Follow any stated expiration or recommended-use period. Do not use a product that appears moldy, rancid, contaminated, unusually separated, or otherwise unsafe. If a change seems inconsistent with the product description, contact Nyxele before using it.

Contamination Prevention

Use clean, dry hands or a clean applicator for products in jars and bottles. Keep containers closed and avoid introducing water, dirt, or saliva. Do not share personal-use products when doing so could create a hygiene risk.

Product Modification

Do not dilute, heat, burn, mix, ingest, or repurpose an item contrary to its directions. Combining products or adding materials to a candle or burner may create irritation, instability, heat, smoke, or fire hazards.

Spiritual & Ritual Product Use

Spiritual names, symbolism, and traditional associations describe an item’s ritual context. They do not make it safe to ingest, apply to skin, burn, or use around children or pets when its directions say otherwise, and they do not guarantee a personal outcome.

Adverse Reactions

If you experience irritation or another unwanted reaction, stop using the product and remove or rinse it when appropriate. Seek medical guidance if symptoms persist or concern you; obtain emergency help for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms. If a product appears defective or unsafe, contact Nyxele with the product and order details.

Customer Responsibility

Use products as directed, review ingredients and warnings, supervise flames and heat, store items safely, and stop use if a problem develops. These precautions do not remove Nyxele’s obligations concerning product safety, accurate descriptions, or any rights you have under applicable law.
